Catwoman: Not even in office yet and already an enemies list, hmm?
The Penguin: Those names are not for prying eyes. Hey, why should I trust some cat-broad, anyway? Maybe you’re just a screwed-up sorority chick who’s gettin’ back at her daddy for not buying her that pony when she turned sweet sixteen.
Satellite images of sharks off Bondi Beach. The detail is impressive!
omg. totes got me.
… but Vader’s is the best. (via rowrrowr)
Yeah, for the first actual snow storm of the year, we got dumped on. In my area, I believe we got just over 10 inches. All the schools in this area (including both colleges) were closed yesterday. That rarely happens. Places of business were shut down yesterday, including mine :) It was nice having an extra vacation day :)
Welp, within a few hours (hopefully), we’ll soon get to battle Arthas Menethil, former Crown Prince of Lordaeron and Knight of the Silver Hand turned Lich King, alongside either Jaina Proudmoore (Alliance) or Sylvanas Windrunner (Horde) in the 5-man Icecrown Citadel instance.
It’s going to be utterly mind blowingly epic!
I need to start playing again…. Damn internet issues!
Newsweek never fails to deliver some great humor:
You can blame Hollywood’s doom and gloom on the Oscars, but I’m not going to. Instead, I think it’s George W. Bush’s fault. Most liberal directors felt restless under his presidency, and they pushed the envelope with over-the-top, operatic tragedies.
Something even funnier? This is not a satirical piece. Newsweek’s Ramin Setoodeh is very much serious about this absurd assertion.
Obama is president now so happy-sunshiny, unicorn-flyin’ movies should be the norm now, right? Two wars abroad! Double-digit unemployment! Yeah!
This can’t possibly be serious. Oh, wait…is the fact that this article is serious and not satirical Bush’s fault too?
Puh-lease.
EDIT: I just read more of the article and did he really just blame the darker Harry Potter and Twilight sequels on Bush?
Ha ha ha ha!
I shouldnt laugh at this… this is actually very scary that people can blame the movies being made on Bush… What is this country coming to?
see this is what happens when you play so much golf: you start repeating speeches you gave months ago, with no recollection of how badly they turned out.
Way to go Obama… Put us farther into debt so our grandkids and great grandkids can never see the light at the end of the tunnel. How is this going to help? What are you thinking?
